1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
In the event of high order volume or stock delays, processing times may be extended. If this occurs, you will be notified promptly.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer a range of shipping options to meet your needs. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Typical delivery times:
Small Items: Standard Royal Mail Shipping: 3–7 business days
Larger Items: DHL Shipping: 1–3 business days
International Shipping: 3–7 business days
Please note: Delivery estimates do not include processing time and may vary due to customs delays, courier issues, or unforeseen events.

Shipping fees are calculated on order volumes based on:

Volumetric Dimensions and Weight of the order
Selected shipping method
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly advertised on our website or certain advertisements.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with:
Your tracking number
A link to track your package online
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.
5. Delivery Address
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate. SMP Electronics is not responsible for:
Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
Packages lost due to address errors
Customer change of delivery locations during delivery attempt.
If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately by email.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Samalite is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your order is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed:
Contact us at sales@smpelectronics.com with your order number and tracking details.
We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
8. Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver your package:
They may leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling or pickup.
Packages returned to us due to failed delivery attempts may incur a reshipping fee.
