At SMP Electronics, every SAMALITE product is hand made to order, crafted specifically based on each customer’s request. Because of this personalized production process, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances, except where required by law.

1. No Refunds

All sales are final.
Once an order is placed and production begins, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

We strongly encourage customers to review product details, specifications, and sizing information before completing their purchase.

2. No Returns or Exchanges

Since our products are hand built/custom-made, we are unable to accept:

• Returns for change of mind
• Exchanges for different sizes, colours, or styles
• Refund requests for ordering mistakes or incorrect customer information

Please double-check all order details at checkout.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damage/issue
• A brief description of the problem

We will review the case and, if approved, arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

• All entered order information is correct
• Shipping address details are accurate
• Product specifications meet their requirements

Because items are hand built/custom-made, Samalite bears no liability for errors caused by incorrect customer input.
